All drop-in mat classes are on a first come, first
serve basis - Arrive early to reserve your spot! We
accept 10 people maximum into these mat classes. We recommend
that you show up 10 to 15 minutes early. If there is no
one at the front desk to help you, there will be a sign-up
sheet that you must sign, otherwise you may not get into
the class. Once you have signed in please come in and
wait on the carpeted area if there is another class before
you, otherwise feel free to take a mat and wait on the
floor space until class starts. Please leave your shoes
at the front door but bring all valuables in with you.
For
your comfort, we have washrooms located just outside in
the hallway and two change rooms just around the corner
to the left when you come in.

PRENATAL
PILATES
This
class helps expecting mothers in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd
trimester to develop awareness of pelvic floor muscles,
relieve tension and discomfort in lower back and joints,
as well as deliver and recover quicker & easier.

PRENATAL
PILATES WITH EQUIPMENT
A
one hour class that incorporates work on the mat, cadillac
and reformer. Maintain strength and stability as your
body changes throughout your pregnancy. Enrollment limited
to 4 people. No Pilates experience necessary.
This
class will not be offfered during the Fall session.
BABY
& ME
Workout
with your little one! Using your newborn child as weight
resistance, you will learn how to tone up your abdomen
and pelvic floor once more. Also a wonderful chance to
interact with baby. Babies must be able to hold up head
and not be at a crawling stage. Dads welcome as well!
This
class will not be offered during the Fall session.

GROUP
CIRCUIT
A
one hour class incorporating matwork, reformer and cadillac
. Register Early! Enrollment limited to 4 people. Beginner:
No equipment experience necessary but mat experience highly
recommended. Intermediate: Must have equipment experience
or have completed Beginner level. Will be offered in March.
MAT
& REFORMER
This
class is recommended for people who would like to try
the equipment but have no mat experience. By building
body awareness and core strength through the matwork students
are able to come to a better understanding of the equipment.
Enrollment limited to 4 peole.
GROUP
REFORMER
This
class is limited to 4 people per class so get in soon
to avoid being disappointed. The most commonly known piece
of equipment, the reformer offers a great workout for
the entire body. Come find out why people love it. Mat
experience highly recommended, no equipment experience
necessary.
GROUP
CADILLAC
The cadillac is a great piece of equipment for helping
people to better understand the matwork. A whole body
workout with spring resistance to support and challenge
you. Mat experience highly recommended, no equipment experience
necessary. Enrollment limited to 4 people.
