PILATES MAT CLASS
This class helps expecting mothers in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester to develop awareness of pelvic floor muscles, relieve tension and discomfort in lower back and joints, as well as deliver and recover quicker & easier.

PRENATAL PILATES CIRCUIT CLASS
A one hour class that incorporates work on the mat, cadillac and reformer. Maintain strength and stability as your body changes throughout your pregnancy. Enrollment limited to 4 people. No Pilates experience necessary.

BABY & ME
Workout with your little one! Using your newborn child
as weight resistance, you will learn how to tone up your
abdomen and pelvic floor once more. Also a wonderful chance
to interact with baby. Babies must be able to hold up
head and not be at a crawling stage. Dads welcome as well!
